Pen and Notepad
Sleeping Bag or Bed Linens
Clothing (include clothes that you can get messy)
Plastic Bag for Dirty Clothes
Toiletries (soap, deodorant, tooth paste, tooth brush, etc...)
One Piece Modest Swimsuit & Coverup
Optional: spending money for snack bar
*We have a concession stand that will be opened at least twice daily. Though your camper will receive three meals a day in the cafeteria, they may wish to purchase extra snacks.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
No 2-Piece Swimsuits Including Tankinis/Bikinis (if you break this rule, you'll be required to wear a t-shirt to swim)
No Male Speedo Swimsuits
No Short Shorts
No Cheerleading Shorts (Soffe shorts)
No Drugs, Tobacco, or Alcohol (this rule applies to adults as well)
No Electronics (iPods, iPads, kindles, game systems, etc.)
*Please do not bring anything that could infringe upon the rights of other campers or would distract someone from spiritual growth. This includes but is not limited to: prank supplies, fireworks, electronics, or game devices. Keep in mind if any devices are brought and become a distraction the camper will have them taken up and returned at the end of camp. Camp Takula, Edge Camps, and your Church or any of their employees or representatives are not responsible for any broken destroyed or lost items.
STUDENT CAMP: Cell phones are permitted at Student Camp as long as they do not become a distraction.
KIDS CAMP: Cell phones at Kids Camp must be kept in dorms, If a child is on the phone outside of the dorm during any time except free time, the counselors will take them up. Thanks for your help with this.
